The Department of Education & Early Childhood Development: 

Supplies grants and funding to support the Halifax Developmental Centre for Early Learning Centre in offering equitable wages for staff members, providing enhanced support for children with special needs, staff professional development, and educational resources & materials for our classrooms.

The NS department of community services

The Department of Community Services provides funding to the HACL Inclusion Support Program. This funding allows the Transition Support Program and the Peer Support Program to continue, filling a service gap in the HRM. 

The Department of Community Service also provides subsidy funding for our daycare families which makes regulated child care opportunities more accessible and affordable.

This group provides funds to enhance and improve our Developmental Centre classrooms through specialized equipment and learning materials for the children.
