HACL provides person centred support to individuals and families to help ensure they are living the lives they want in their community.

  • We provide information on available services and referrals to help people to live meaningful lives.

  • We offer workshops and specialized training for individuals, families and service providers.

  • We help people plan for the future and for transitions. 

  • We also assist people with intellectual disabilities in navigating systems and processes.

Veith House
In November, 2017 the HACL Inclusion Support Program moved to Veith House in the North End of Halifax. All of our Inclusion Support Programs are run from this office! We are loving our new home!
